Applikeable Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the software products offered under the Applikeable brand through this billing domain, including TwinPane and PolicyFlow.

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using one of these products, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

The products currently offered through this billing domain are:

• TwinPane: Open files from AVD, RDS and Citrix sessions in the local apps your users already trust.
• PolicyFlow: Write policies, collect acknowledgements and keep the evidence in one audit-ready workflow.

Product descriptions, current entry pricing and feature summaries are shown on the product pages linked from this billing site. Enterprise or tailored commercial terms may be agreed separately in writing.

Orders completed through the linked checkout flows are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for those transactions. Paddle may handle payment collection, tax calculation, invoicing and related compliance steps as part of the checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing and account information and to keep that information up to date. Access to a paid plan may be suspended or limited if payment fails or if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

Subscription products renew automatically at the billing interval presented during checkout unless canceled before the next renewal date.

You may cancel future renewals at any time through the product account area when available, through Paddle, or by contacting hello@applikeable.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed.

You may not use the products to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or process content or data in a way that is abusive, deceptive or harmful.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other customers, or legal compliance obligations.

Applikeable and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the software, website content, branding and documentation, except for the limited access or license rights expressly granted to you under the applicable product plan.

You retain ownership of the data, files and content you submit to the products, subject to the rights needed for us and our subprocessors to operate the service.

We may improve, modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for product quality, security, legal compliance or business operations. We aim to avoid material service disruption and will communicate significant changes where appropriate.

No service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free, though we work to keep the products available and secure.

The products are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the maximum extent allowed, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Applikeable will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid by you for that product during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Denmark, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
